We stayed at Aloft Harlem in New York and give it five stars! The location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby – very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, and the bathroom had everything we needed for freshening up. The service was great, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. Highly recommended – we’d definitely come back!
Front desk staff was incredible and knowledgeable about the area. Subway stop, Dunkin' donuts and a bodega all within a 10-minute walk which made it a great location!
Spacious room, comfortable bed. •The shower water leaks outside, creating small bumps in the area around the toilet. •You can clearly hear the noises from the rooms next door and upstairs.

Our room was just right—spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed. We did run into a minor issue, but what impressed me most was how swiftly and professionally the staff handled it. Despite the hotel being quite busy with guests, they resolved it immediately without skipping a beat. That kind of service speaks volumes. No kidding—this is officially one of my go-to spots for both personal stays and company trips when I’m in the city. Harlem’s energy paired with this level of hospitality? Can’t beat it.
Good value. The in roomfridge and complimentary water is a great deal. All staff are helfull. The noght security guard is stern but courteous.
Had to say here for 2 weeks during home Reno - and can say I was extremely pleased with my stay. Amazing location, clean rooms, complimentary tea and coffee station, free breakfast bagels and a nice entertainment/lobby bar space. The staff were always extremely helpful and pleasant. My one and only comment is the pillows are not the best lol. Would 100% recco for anyone visiting NY or needing a staycation

We had a great stay. Everything seemed clean and the rooms were comfortable. They were overbooked our first night due to “unforeseen circumstances”, but Vincent at the front desk made it right immediately, before we even had time to stress. Very friendly staff.
Our room was spacious, in the heart of Harlem and the staff were so nice and accommodating. There wasn't a iron or ironing board in the room, but the steamer worked for what we needed. The hallway was clean and smelled fresh. The shower could have been a little cleaner; just bring your shower shoes. The location is perfect, in the heart of Harlem. I felt safe walking around people walk the streets all night and the locals do not approach you. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in NY, it's very convenient to the A ( express train) and M60 bus, which takes you right to LGA airport, so you can save on the $80 Uber ride.
Weekend in NYC. Live jazz when I was here. Clean, great service. Friendly very convenient and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Will return and recommend.
